Sod has launched a graduate program

The industry keeps talking about talent shortages while graduates can’t get in the door. Those two things are connected.

Right now, a lot of agencies are hiring for immediate output. Markets are tighter, teams are leaner, and clients expect quick turnarounds. But it’s also created a hiring culture where people overpay for narrow experience, try to patch short-term gaps as they appear, and leave almost no room for development.

We wanted to do something different, which is why we’ve launched the Sod Graduate Program.

What are the benefits of graduate hiring for agencies?

One of the things we like about graduate hiring is that you’re not recruiting for a gap that exists right now. The gap will change. The role will evolve. What you’re investing in is someone who grows with the business and understands it from the inside. This creates a different kind of team.
